Pros

Pay and benefits are o.k., But have not increased in much in about seven years. There isn't many pros to working at Honda anymore. Honda has kept people working during the economic downturn. I think they only do this as a smoke-screen to make themselves look good in the media. They have withheld enough raises and bonuses from the workers to pay for this.

Cons

Try working 2 week rotatiing shifts for 10 years. Workers have begged Honda to change this set-up with no success. I believe the company is trying to get rid of full time workers and fill the positions with temporary workers.Skilled workers are leaving as fast as they can. Morale is non-existant. Honda has not replaced a lot of the workers that have left and upped the workload of all associates.

Pros

Company is stable and room for growth if you stay long enough. Good retirement ie 401k and healthcare benefits.

Cons

Sometimes longer hours depending on team and evening meetings with Japan. Compensation is lower generally than industry average.
