      Pros

      A lot of innovative manufacturing is going on at this facility. The benefits are the best I've ever seen. Great exposure to a lot of facets of automotive manufacturing.

      Cons

      Difficult getting things done. Too much bureaucracy dealing with Japanese and American engineers. The Japanese engineers want to control everything.
