      Nice management, location, and of course, kapanese culture. I really loked it, nevrtheless of the extra time at work every day

      Cons

      Not professional attitude, lots of the managers relatives hired, not friendly, not any kind of open minded style of managemtn

      Pros

      Company is stable and room for growth if you stay long enough. Good retirement ie 401k and healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes longer hours depending on team and evening meetings with Japan. Compensation is lower generally than industry average.
