      Love the people that I work with and upper management is very understanding. They encourage gaining experience in other departments.

      Company is stable and room for growth if you stay long enough. Good retirement ie 401k and healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes longer hours depending on team and evening meetings with Japan. Compensation is lower generally than industry average.
