      Great company to work for Good training

      Cons

      Sales goal expectations have gotten out of control. Some GREAT agents who cared a lot for their valued guests (and visa versa) just get fired for no reason if sales goals are not met. No chance to move to another role, just fired after 3 years of service with zero issues.
