Pros
They used to be a common sense company, very loyal to ALL employees. Now they are pushing out good employees to hire outside contractors. Also your value as an employee is no longer based on your skill set, but your political bent (liberal), gender and race. If you’re checking all of the right boxes then you will be successful.
Cons
No longer executive support for employees. Totally disrespectful after those employees who “sacrificed” finances, family and future during the operations stoppage during COVID. With Carnival stock dropping like a rock and their treatment of loyal employees, unfortunately it’s going to be very difficult to sustain the brand.
