Pros

For the low-level jobs, they train you to use the systems and help you learn what you need. They will also coach you when you need assistance. There is some opportunity to move to other positions outside of reservations, but most other departments want you to have other internal experience first before considering you. It is a nice Catch-22.

Cons

This is an old company and is almost incapable of making positive changes that would positively effect the company and employees. Some departments are run on fear (this apparently is encouraged by some of the upper management). It is very old school and it shows in the way they run the business as a whole. Honestly, the company is run very militaristically. It is sad in this day and age.

Great position if they still offer a base salary for your first year.

Cons

Working west coast hours from the east coast.
