The people at Holland, though a group of total misfits, were nice enough.
Cons
It was the most boring and thankless job I have ever had. Two weeks in, a woman walked onto the elevator with me and I say is it really Tuesday. She responds you know it should be Friday. This place sucks the life right out of you. And I agree. Upper management changes their minds at the drop of a hat without any interest in how that will affect your workflow. Everyone is looking for someone to blame. The technology is archaic. The system is repetitive and cumbersome. Management is not even remotely concerned with you, just appeasing their bosses.
