Good team of individual contributors and line managers in IT. We had 9/80 work schedule (off every other Friday) and lost during the pandemic. Has yet to return. 1 wk free employee cruise, if you can get onboard (stand by)
Cons
Once at the sr. director level in software dev and SVP of IT, the leadership and enterprise experience is lacking. The leaders have been at this company too long and does not see where the rest of the technology world has gone. We barely have a stage environment and push code that is questionable at times. We use our email system for our ETL process. We lack formal software development governance. I've heard that the SVP doesn't know the function of certain areas in his department. He is supposed to lead an entire organization where he doesn't understand the function of project management. Time to go to school or at least read a CIO monthly. Compensation does not align with the market for tech workers. Health benefits are sub standard. Immature org Lots of cowboy action
