Pros
Fine summer job. I got to see the beauty of Alaska while getting paid. I loved being able to go on the other tours for free. The best was helicopter rides and hiking on the Glacier.
Cons
They promised me lots of hours when I was hired but I didn't even get half of that. Flying and living costs took the bulk of my income. Because of the Recession the tips were lame. Made little money. Also unprofessional management. Driver guides were expected to be professional but we can't be when management can't be professional with us.
