      Travel, exposure to mutliple cultures, multiple ethnicities - in a positive way.

      Cons

      the cons are in some ways a benefit - hidebound, but you always have safety mechanisms that are redundant to extremes, tends to be very male oriented, but intolerant of harrassments of any type.
