Pros

Some cruise benefits (If you are able to get the time off or willing to use all of your vacation time on it.) 9/80 schedule (but some people are working longer than normal hours during the week anyway) My co-workers are great to work with and very supportive. Learn a lot about the travel industry. The new Seattle building is really great. Onsite cafe with decent food.

Cons

Appreciation is shown to Managers and above. Everyone below that status often go unnoticed. Everything from team awards to parking spaces, they are thought of last. V.P.'s and Presidents are royalty and the rest are second citizens. Very old school mentality and a bit of a boys club. After going through some changes with contractors, morale is low on the IT side of things. This causes major technology disadvantages and delays. Hopefully they are working on ways to give more benefits or resources to the IT team.
