      Pros

      work like balance is the best benefit (called 9/80's)

      Cons

      Wages are low for the industry and cruise benefits are difficult to take. Senior mgmt is fine but others can be impossible to work with. As a result team morale is low with many beginning to look for other roles outside the company.

      Great position if they still offer a base salary for your first year.

      Working west coast hours from the east coast.
