Pros
There are some great people within the company, and there are opportunities to learn and to lead, depending on your department.
Cons
The company is very old-school in its view of human resources. The company suffers from a low moral, and there is no sense of momentum, growth, energy or excitement here. Pay is lower than average, and in my department at least, there was an emphasis on butt-in-seat, rather than on productivity, which will have to change to be competitive in Seattle. Holland is not leading they way on anything, not social responsibility nor innovation.
