      Managers are very helpful, the schedules are easy to follow and the manager of the department is very approachable for changes if needed.

      Cons

      It is not easy to get a promotion or growth in the company. It is an small hotel where people have worked for many years, in the same position and new vacancies do not open.

      The staff extremely well mannered, and in most cases very respectful always seemed happy to see people actually return.

      Cons

      Some of the supervises ask for more complained that you weren't getting your job done after that put 2or3 more jobs for you to do because thay couldn't keep anybody around long enough to train them.
