It offers a great learning environment for those who are beginners or less experienced in the field. Additionally, payments are punctual, and the atmosphere among colleagues is friendly and pleasant. Team leaders tend to maintain clear and constant communication

Cons

Salary improvements after the first year would be beneficial, as the hotel points earned can sometimes be low, making a competitive base salary crucial. (this is before the pandemic, I don't have an the exact information on the current salary situation in 2024)

Pros

The staff extremely well mannered, and in most cases very respectful always seemed happy to see people actually return.

Cons

Some of the supervises ask for more complained that you weren't getting your job done after that put 2or3 more jobs for you to do because thay couldn't keep anybody around long enough to train them.
