      Pros

      Good pay, enjoyable work, not difficult, keeps you busy but not overwhelming.

      Cons

      Terrible management, don't care about their customers. People's cars are often broken into, even on their first night of staying there. The management often blames it on the customers and has very little towards them.

      The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.

      The pay was low considering how physically demanding and labor-intensive the housekeeping work was on a daily basis.
