      Pros

      Holiday Inn is a great brand to work for. Systems are simple and easy to navigate, employee rates are wonderful too!

      Cons

      If you work for a hotel that is owned by a management company, I hope they're a good one. The management company could completely ruin the experience for you, as it did me.

      The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.

      Cons

      The pay was low considering how physically demanding and labor-intensive the housekeeping work was on a daily basis.
