Pros

if there was no issue of spreading three peoples job between two its really quite a good job. comfortable environment to work in staff are overall ok

Cons

Evening Chef doing next to all of the work in the kitchen. prep, cooking, cleaning, washing dishes and moping and cleaning every surface in sight. i felt like a real dogsbody with no assistant or cleaner anywhere in sight.. If management distibute staff workload and responsibilities evenly it would lead to greater staff satisfaction and love for the job and company

Pros

The staff extremely well mannered, and in most cases very respectful always seemed happy to see people actually return.

Cons

Some of the supervises ask for more complained that you weren't getting your job done after that put 2or3 more jobs for you to do because thay couldn't keep anybody around long enough to train them.
