Cons
if you arent a customer services person, then this may not be the job for you. You have to learn a new operating system, which could be a hassle if you are not good with computers, and memorizing the operation systems of how to check people in and out. Depending on the team and the people that you work with, will mainly determine if this will be the job for you. You WILL run into rude, and bitter customers. But if you have good co-workers working along side of you, that con can be outweighed. You will need to know the area around you for like restaurants, bars, and activities to do, because guests that are from out of town will want to know what there is to do around the area. When they can just simply google it.
