      Pros

      Working for IHG corporation was fantastic! The benefits were amazing and the culture of the company was great while being managed by IHG.

      Cons

      This particular property was eventually sold and no longer managed by corporate. Once the franchise owners took over, the IHG benefits were no more and it turned into a slave driven company with a terrible bonus plan, and horrible benefits.

      The managers were flexible with scheduling and were willing to work around employees' availability, which helped maintain a better work-life balance.

      Cons

      The pay was low considering how physically demanding and labor-intensive the housekeeping work was on a daily basis.
