Pros
Contracted hours, free hot meal, reduced employee rates on hotel rooms, sense of community with fellow staff members.
Cons
Fluctuating responsibilities, unnecessary focus on idle details, meals can be a complete mishmash based on what food goes off/wasn't eaten by guests and is a health and safety hazard based on how many times it been reheated - and God forbid you vocalise disappointment. Employee reward system a nightmare to use or even understand. Employees come together over sheer distain of management and guest treatment. It's due to the hotels loyalty to the guest and disinterest in the employee that the turnover is so high. Money is the sole driving force behind this company, yet if one guest complains they give out freebies as opposed to anything else when the guest in question is a known troublemaker.
