Pros
Security, and reasonably benefit packages.
Cons
Extraordinary cost cutting, making it almost impossible to provide basic services to guests. No money is being put into maintainance, and it is embarrassing to be continually having to apologize for the lack of service. The new owners seem to bleeding the franchise dry, and not care whether they kill it in the long run. Lower level management is beyond incompetent, changing guidelines daily, and not supporting the staff with the tools they need to do their jobs.
