large company so internal transfers are possible wide range of departments to transfer is one does not work out

incompetent upper/executime management who do not deserve to be in the positions they are in. way too political and unless you kiss ass A LOT, you won't get what you want. a lot of upper/executime management are disrespectful and unfair to many employees, especially line/hourly workers. voices of managers are unheard and not welcome. human resources does not listen and nothing is a confidential there, they hire to fill spots only without first seeing if it is a real fit.
