Some senior management is not proffesional they joke about junior behind back in official meeting and changing favourite depending who is meeting target..very low standard High laptop work for field No growth they invent new name for old role to make employee think he is promoting in company High politics culture they will consult other people opinion and not look at your work Poor salary and less hike lot of talk about integrity but your boss will force you to give very high sales commitment and then blame you for not doing it when month end wear uniform like school child and they scold you if you don't wear it..exactly like school
