Pros
Great training and support. Team members are usually a delight to work with across the different functions of the business. The company has a strong brand
Cons
People are not promoted based on their performance and strengths but rather how friendly they are with management. Some will be moved around into various roles for no real reason whilst others are given million reasons why they cannot progress or make lateral moves. A consistent top all-round performer will be overlooked for mediocre performer or even under-performer who is chummy with management. Sometimes the job could be too process heavy and prone to micro-management (depends on the regional manager you work under). Unfortunately a lot of good team members have left as a result and the knowledge they had.
