We are really pleased to hear that you valued our Account Manager, Basic Training. We're extremely proud of the training we're able to give to our new Account Managers not only when they join, but at regular points throughout the year and work closely with our European Training team to ensure the material continues to evolve with the needs of our employees.
At Hilti, we also have a dedicated Territory Management team that work closely with our Sales Directors and Regional Managers, to evaluate the performance of our 'patches/territories' and align on sales targets for each individual area.
We acknowledge that not all of our employees are able to relocate for roles based at our Headquarters in Manchester, and over the past three years we have heavily invested in more senior, field based roles - to increase the number of local development opportunities that we have available.
