Pros

Majority of teams had some great people and it was a pleasure working with them

Cons

Some serious issues in the HR team especially in Europe and US. If you are used to working in professional, highly collaborative and respectful environments, then DO NOT WORK here. HR and talent teams are negative and operate in a blame culture especially in EMEA. They openly admitted to me they recruit interns for cheap labour?!? Immature people and processes that don’t work that leave a lot of room for error and then blame. HR teams are the most negative people I have ever met and they seem to thrive in drama. They seem to have recruited some odd personalities who are not able to collaborate and navigate a corporate environment. This means you are not able to solve complex business issues without people getting emotionally drawn in. This is the only business I would say it’s not business, it’s personal !!

Pros

Amazing company culture. You can ask as many questions as you like, and they treat you like a real part of the team.

Cons

Nothing particularly negative about this position.

Pros

The best part of MI is the people in the trenches — the field engineers, techs, and specialists who show up, solve problems, and support each other even when the system around them doesn’t. The teamwork, the shared experience, and the professionalism of the technical staff are what keep the wheels turning. Those relationships are the real value.

Cons

Systemic issues repeat without meaningful correction, and workarounds often become the long‑term solution. Expertise doesn’t always translate into organizational change, which leads to a cycle of recurring problems and unnecessary rework. Administrative and process inconsistencies add friction that the technical teams end up absorbing.
