Business Outlook
Pros
Interesting product portfolio and very talented technical workforce. Pay is respectable but can vary based on bonus or quota attainment. Annual pay increase is about 2% but can be as high as 5-6% for top performers.
Cons
Big company so each part of the business will have unique culture and leaders. Numerous RIFs over last 1.5 years driven by newish CEO who is trying to cut $150-200M in operational costs (mostly by eliminating employees but real estate reduction too). Company seems unsure of its direction or future in terms of their software products (strong with metrology products).
