Pros
Very intelligent and engaged workforce. Interesting work. Possibilities within the sector are high leading to lots of opportunities. Pay is acceptable but recent pay increases (last 2 years minimum) have lagged behind market.
Cons
Communication is terrible. There is constant but irrelevant communication but when you need to know something there is no communication, for example I have had a phone call with a colleague who then informs me that they are leaving the next day but have been told that they had known for 2 months and had been told not to let anyone know.
