      So many pros - Great people to work with - Fully supported by management - Really diverse and inclusive company to work for - Good wages - So many benefits e.g. Free lunch everyday, Summer and Christmas parties, decent break lengths, earlier finish on a Friday - Healthy work life balance - A chance to try out Henkel products - Amazing opportunities to connect with your colleagues - 3 days in the office and 2 working from home - Lots of training - Lots of career opportunities encouraged

      - I can't think of any as this company has been amazing to me and nothing to complain about!

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
