      - Henkel valued its employee - Competitive salary - Great workplace to learn - Supportive Manager for some deparment only - Supportive peers - Challenging project

      - Diversity and inclusion are still lacking especially in Indonesia (need improvement) - Job description is not too clear from HR - Onboarding for management trainee is really confusing and is not clear enough - Management always take over into micro level making the staffs arent flexible enough to create creativity

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
