      Pros

      The hours were good and steady when the company was still running its warehouse.

      Cons

      Poor morale,layoffs,and safety at the facility. Waited 2 years to bid to next job with big pay increase ....surprise 110 people layoff.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
