      Pros

      From the start, I felt like part of the team. It honestly amazes me how friendly and approachable everyone is, especially considering the size of the company. The culture is super supportive, and there are lots of chances to learn and grow. People genuinely care about helping each other succeed, which makes a big difference day to day. And new offices are amazing too.

      Cons

      The parking in the area has always been a problem.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
