      - Company culture - - Great benefits and employee discounts - Flexible work arrangements/schedule - Good base salary with opportunity for bonus/commission - Lots of networking opportunities

      Cons

      - Capped commission - Lots of driving - Supply issues affecting ability to hit sales targets - Not much opportunity for career growth within my division (but plenty of opportunity within Henkel)

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
