High Expectations, Low Everything Else - Anonymous employee Habitat for Humanity Employee Review

There were several issues working at Habitat. One is that they didn't often promote from within the organization. Another issue is that it seems that most people within the organization just want to maintain the status quo. It is just as if Habitat International exists just so the people who work there can have jobs.
