Pros
Good hours, and some great people
Cons
-Minimum wage (For a luxury store!?!) -It's a toxic environment: Playing favourites, gossiping about interpersonal relationships of associates, verbally abusive, false promises, blames everything on the associates bellow them even though they didn't plan it properly, bullying/targeting from superiors, understaffed (Because people don't want to stay) and overworked as a result, anger issues, thousands of dollars in commission stealing (Only two managers actually actively cared about ensuring this didn't happen Matthew and Warren), and last but not least reminded that we are disposable. -Blatantly corrupt place where you are judged not by your performance but how well you comply with managements idea of productivity which results in not getting the important work done first. After their ideas fail you are then blamed. If you try to explain to them respectfully that it doesn't make sense for us to do that they will get very angry and rude. This is a place that will never be productive simply due to everyone is much more worried about politics from management and not if they are doing their job well because that is what you are judged on. That is a problem.
