Overworked and little recognition - Sales Associate HUGO BOSS Employee Review

-Stock is always badly allocated to stores which impact sales and targets. -Managers have no say over what stock comes in -Always understaffed -High pressure with high targets for little commission -Motivation from upper management(corporate) is beyond poor. No christmas parties for floor staff or bonuses around the holidays even when extra work is expected -No matter if you reach your target or not they will always ask for more. Have been hitting my target for 5 months and still am always asked to give more
