very nice working athmosphere, modern state of the art building, average age at abt. 29, good and cheap cantine, various social benefits (gym with free trainers, 50% rebate on actual collection, even more rebates on older collections), high degree of motivation
Cons
wages relatively low due to great brand name, high fluctuation of employees (high degree of hire and fire for Germany), workload comparatively high, loads of gossiping bc. employees are mainly female :-P, after aquisition by Permira, no long term strategy by upper management observable
