Be prepared to be a bootlicker if you wanna move up, people get hired or get better jobs because they are bootlickers and constantly blame others for stuff they did wrong. The management team is narcissistic and full of themselves even though they literally only work in a store, not even HQ. You’ll get bullied by management and have them steal your sales until you stand your ground.
