Pros

Very competitive pay structure at most levels

Cons

2019: Upper and senior management micromanage like crazy, American side of business is flat out mean. Very poor communication from corporate office. Reactive structure, constantly changing goals and targets with confusing logic and no warning. Understaffed, penny pinching, and self aggrandizing. Systems are ancient, slow, and pathetically featureless. No cross department growth opportunities. USA is an old boys club. Slow to adopt change and even slower (ie: won't) adopt outside best practices.
