      The salary commission and bonus structure is good and a generous staff discount. Work environment is good and at times fast paced and challenging in a healthy way.

      Cons

      Very poor on training and personal development plans, all thought the company is very much focuses in these areas it seemed lack of commitment from management and regional management is the weak point.
