Pros
A company who cares about its people. I am in my 3rd year with the company and throughout my employment I have been valued and supported by my team and manager. Its a brand I love, beautiful product, I have forged really strong working relationships with people in both Head Office and within the Retail Stores. Great staff benefits on offer for employees!
Cons
With any role there is a lot of responsibility. Sometimes long hours are required, however all my team chip in and help each other out.
