Pros

This is a very easy entry for anyone looking for a seasonal job to earn money and gain experience. The work itself is straightforward, well-structured, and especially easy to learn. Tasks mainly involve preparing shipments — closing and loading cardboard boxes, taking care of packaging, and making sure everything is ready for the trucks. It’s not physically hard, and the process is simple to follow. The team atmosphere is fantastic, with colleagues who are friendly, supportive, and collaborative. One of the biggest highlights is the group leader, who is professional, kind, efficient, and motivating — he truly goes out of his way to help, open doors, and make sure everyone feels supported and valued. That kind of genuine leadership creates a very positive environment and contributes a lot to well-being at work. The great level of care the company shows even for seasonal workers. There is a genuine effort to help in uncomplicated ways, to open doors for the future, to make things possible, to go out of the way to find solutions that benefit the worker and support their well-being. That kind of care is exceptional, and I am very thankful for it. What stands out most about Hugo Boss is that it’s not only a world-renowned fashion brand, but also a company that treats its people with respect. Even as a seasonal worker, you feel part of something inspiring and have access to the cafeteria, gym, VIP store, and even company events. The company culture is built on mutual respect, clear and friendly communication, and a sense of eye-level exchange — which is rare to find. On a practical level, small but meaningful perks like free coffee, multiple breaks, and excellent food in the cafeteria make the workday much more enjoyable. The overall working atmosphere is truly one of the best I’ve experienced, and the sense of being welcomed into such a strong brand culture is inspiring.

Cons

During peak seasons, overtime hours can add up, which may be tiring. Contract extensions are sometimes communicated at the last minute, but this seems to depend on higher-level decisions. Also, the warehouse work itself can feel a bit repetitive or dull over a long period. However, for a seasonal job, it’s easy to get into, not physically hard, and provides a valuable experience in a top global company.
