Pros

The best place to work for job satisfaction and for maintaining your health. Hard work is recognized and compensated well, with incentives etc. You will enjoy the work, if you are a people person, the colleagues are all very nice, the customers are also mostly very good. If you are lucky, you will be in a good team and you will have good progress. Overall, you will enjoy working here. Management is very mature and the hierarchy is not overly complicated. You stand reasonable chances for promotion if you are a good performer. Though, you will find some who are involved in low level politics, be assured they will not get any benifits out of that as the interviews are conducted for all IJP's by some others, whom they would not even know.

Cons

Nothing much in particular, salaries could have been better

Pros

Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

Cons

At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
