Pros
I am writing this review as I wanted to share my journey with HCL Tech. I joined for the second time in Jan2018 till date and it was a great exp as it was in my first stint with HCL in 2008-14. I Joined back as an Associate Consultant and now have grown in organization to be a Group Manager for a Role of SIAM Service Excellence Lead. Management and leads whom I have worked under they all have given me opportunity to showcase my abilities to become a versatile consultant. The work you do, it does not go unnoticed, if you are putting in efforts Management acknowledges it and rewards it. Freedom to work, Ideas to try something new, Approachable Leaders, regular skill & Talent development programs are key things which is provided at HCL for me to grow in my career. I will just say there is no short cut to success you have to earn it by performing and by doing so you get facilitated. Lastly It feels good to be part of organization which is so diverse.
Cons
I know there are people who might not like an Organization due to XYZ reason and it might sound biased but for me I do not have any Cons.
