Pros
Good basic pay if you negotiate well, before joining the company. If you're luck holds, you'll get interesting roles and experience because they have a zero bench policy.
Cons
Very, very poor formal recognition of achievements through promotion and pay. You flog your guts out on a project, then flog your guts out playing politics to get a miserly promotion. CEO sets totally unrealistic expectations about 'Employee First' which are totally ignored in practice. Lack of genuine leadership from management. Ruthless bench policy can send you all over the world without much consideration of personal circumstances.
