      HCL has good perks but no transportation for its people working at client loc. Wide domain presence, we can find projects mainly into software dev n testing, other fields might struggle to get projects.

      Cons

      do not expect any hike. All the authorization /Powers are given to managers, Good for people who are good boot lickers. most of projects roles are IC's
