- Employee UN-friendly policies. Don't even approve Airport to Hotel bills. Say they have covered it one time relocation allowance which is $400 (taxable, after taxes you get around $ 275). Don't approve any bills for first few days in hotel stay. - Support staff departments (ISG, EHS) are lethargic. Big hassle to get any work done from them. They think they are doing any favor to resource if they are processing any VISA application or approving any bills. - Worst pay master while sending employees from India to onsite assignments.
