      -Nice welcome -Joining bonus won't be given unless have written proof -Work life balance -Chances of back to back promotions if business is highly dependent on you

      Cons

      -QAs are less valued (specially Manual QAs) -Salary deduction for the person leaving or left company - Provision F&F differs from Final F&F (started from Sept 2021) -HR hardly replies after several follow-ups
